Random Sesame Street nostalgia! :)
We can call it tangentially related to my NaNo novel if I need an excuse, but really I was in the mood to hear It's Not Easy Being Green and this was linked from that!

Oh, heck, here are some more:

And, not a song, but Cookie Monster's audition tape for Saturday Night Live, for all me "friends." ;)

feel: nostalgicnostalgic

I can't deal with SNL at all anymore, but I loved this!! It was perfect and great. :) I hope it remains in the realm of viral internet videos and doesn't actually happen, because I don't want the SNL cast to destroy my childhood in quite that way, but as it is now: brilliant!

Focus! Who care about focus.

OMG I love it so much!! I know I've heard it before, and it FEELS like my childhood, but it has a more recenty look to it, so maybe I heard it babysitting or something. But I LUV IT! :)

Aw, Ernie... :)

And wow, I can't believe how vividly I remember all those people! I loved it when it was about the "real people." Especially Gordon and Maria. *wistful sigh*

OMG COOKIE. ahahahaha. but no. I'd have to actually watch snl and that would be painful, so, NO, Cookie! No viral for you.

otoh, maybe someone can convince Henson to revive the Muppet Show again. =D

I Don't Want to Live on the Moon is one of my favourite songs, Paul Dateh does a pretty nice cover of it. But nothing beats Ernie and Shawn Colvin.
